Text Club Monthly Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to enter. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Text Club Monthly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Audrey Myers, REALTOR® with eXp Realty, Scottsdale, Arizona (“Sponsor”). Contact: [email protected] | (602) 717-5415.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) of Sponsor and of Sponsor’s team, and anyone living in the same household as Sponsor, are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. Each monthly period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Arizona time (MST) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time on the last day of that month. Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time by posting notice on this page; any monthly period already underway will be completed.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both have an equal chance of winning:

Join the Text Club: Complete the form at youragentaudrey.com/text-club and check the box agreeing to receive texts. Each person who is an active Text Club member at the end of a monthly period receives one entry for that period. If you reply STOP, you will no longer receive automatic entries.
Free entry by email (no texting required): Email [email protected] with the subject line “Text Club Giveaway” and include your full name and email address. Each email entry is valid for the monthly period in which it is received.

Limit one entry per person per monthly period, regardless of entry method. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void.

5. Prizes

Two (2) prizes are awarded each monthly period. Each winner receives one (1) $25 coffee shop gift card. The brand of gift card is chosen by Sponsor. Approximate retail value of each prize: $25. Total approximate value per month: $50. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person per monthly period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Within seven (7) days after the end of each monthly period, Sponsor will randomly select two (2) winners from all eligible entries received for that period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by text message or email. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the winner’s email address.

7. Texting Terms

By joining the Text Club, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Audrey Myers about real estate, including off-market homes and giveaways, at the number provided. Message frequency varies, about 2 to 4 per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of entering this Giveaway.

8. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or notifications, or for technical failures. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select winners from eligible entries received before that action.

9. Release

By accepting a prize, each winner releases Sponsor, eXp Realty and their respective agents and employees from any liability for any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

10. Privacy

Information collected through this Giveaway is used to administer the Giveaway and to send the communications you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Winners List

For the names of winners, email [email protected] with the subject “Text Club Giveaway Winners” within 60 days after the end of the monthly period.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any coffee company, gift card issuer, Apple, Google, Meta or any mobile carrier.
